Terms of use

Draft, pending legal review. This text is a starting point, not a final legal document. Please don't rely on it as legal advice.

1. What MINKO is

MINKO ("we") runs a website that lets you interact with public smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. We never hold your funds, we can't send transactions for you, and we can't reverse anything that happens on-chain.

2. Who can use it

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and using MINKO must be legal for you. MINKO isn't available to sanctioned persons or to people in sanctioned or restricted regions.

3. Tokens are made by other people

Anyone can launch a token on MINKO. We don't issue, endorse or check these tokens. We may hide a token from the website, for example one that imitates a stock or a brand, but we can't remove it from the blockchain.

4. Undo windows

An undo window is a smart contract feature. While a window is open, the wallet that opened it can cancel the buy and get back the ETH it spent on the tokens. Fees and premiums are not refunded. A window doesn't guarantee any token's value and isn't insurance.

5. Fees

Trading fees, window premiums and other fees are set by the smart contracts when a token launches, and they are shown before you send a transaction. Network fees go to the network, not to us.

6. No warranty

The website and the contracts are provided "as is". The contracts have not been independently audited. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by using MINKO, by bugs, by network outages or by price moves.

7. What you agree not to do

  • Launch tokens that imitate stocks, ETFs, brands or real people.
  • Manipulate markets, defraud others or break the law.
  • Attack, overload or interfere with the service.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version. Questions? Message us on X.
